Autumn update – new machines, Inca trike under repair and BBC filming

Our second container at Toddlers’ Cove is now fully operational and we have been able to re-distribute the bikes and trikes between the two containers to make access easier for our users. You will also notice that we have three new additions:-

• the blue semi-recumbent trike (kindly donated by Go Ability and named by their users as ‘Billy‘)
• the black semi-recumbent trike (named the Tubb trike after its donor John Tubb)
• the Space Genie trike (kindly funded by Spokes).

We have loaded ten machines into the original container and eight in the new container – please see the list of ‘What goes where‘ that I have posted on the container doors.  Please also note that the green Inca tandem trike is in need of repair and so we have taken this out of use for a couple of weeks.

We were very honoured to have a BBC unit filming us and our users at Toddlers’ Cove this week as part of their series on riverside walks. Not sure when this is going to be shown but will let you know.
